1Alpha888 Platform General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Alpha888 ("Company", "we", "platform"). These Terms govern your use of the Alpha888 website, mobile application, all games, services, and content provided by Alpha888.

2Member Registration & Account Management

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Duplicate accounts will be frozen and any balance held within may be forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Alpha888 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• An Alpha888 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
• Alpha888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other relevant documents.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Alpha888 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposit and withdrawal transactions. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM30 and processing time ranges from 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the withdrawal method and internal verification process. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.

• Alpha888 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Withdrawals that require additional review may take longer to process.
• The daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts and may be increased based on your VIP tier.
• Alpha888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security review or KYC verification purposes without prior notice.
• All deposits made are final. Alpha888 is not responsible for deposits made in error to the wrong account.

4Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Rewards Programme

Alpha888 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Each member is entitled to claim the Welcome Bonus once only. A minimum rollover of 10x the bonus amount is required before withdrawals are permitted.
• Reload Bonus: Offered periodically to existing members. Rollover requirements range from 5x to 15x depending on the promotion. The bonus expiry date will be stated in the respective promotion's terms.
• Weekly Cashback: Calculated based on total net losses over a seven-day period. Cashback is credited automatically every Monday and is subject to a 1x rollover.

5General Game Rules

All games available on the Alpha888 platform — including slots, Live Casino, baccarat, football betting, cricket, lottery, and more — are subject to the following general rules:

• All game outcomes are final once a round or bet has been settled. No appeals will be entertained for results that are technically valid.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game, Alpha888 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet to the player.
• Alpha888 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), independently audited, for all applicable games to ensure every outcome is fair.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are set within the game interface itself and may vary based on promotions or player category.
• For Live Casino games, all results announced by the dealer are final. Any disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the game ending.
• The use of automated software (bots), decision-aid tools, or any means that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

For Sports Betting including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, and international cricket, the odds displayed are the odds that will be used to calculate payouts. Alpha888 reserves the right to void or suspend bets where there is a significant odds error due to a technical fault or inaccurate information.

9Account Closure & Suspension

• Breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Holding multiple accounts or providing false identity verification.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transactions.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of technical bugs for unfair gain.
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Alpha888 customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the member upon completion of the review process, unless the balance is associated with activity that violates these Terms.

10Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are subject to the applicable governing law. Alpha888 operates under a valid international gambling licence and complies with all relevant regulatory requirements.
